Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Take inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and general issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
