Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and follow company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, perform cash register operations, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
