Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Operate cash register, uphold cash policies, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
