Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.
- Operate cash register, uphold cash policies, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
