We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
