Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
