Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, stock management, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
