Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience and provide feedback on products.
  • Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service and work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow company procedures.
