Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained for an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies while upholding document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
  • Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Perform cleaning tasks to maintain company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work individually or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
