Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, processing purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies while upholding document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register
  • Safe and proper equipment operation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
