Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will ensure that our customers have a great shopping experience by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
