Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in regular inventory counts
• Adhere to company policies, cash procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and various store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
