Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. This full-time role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
