Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
