Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance through merchandising and stocking activities.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience in retail environment preferred
