Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Interact with customers, process purchases, and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Assist in inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
