Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to operate retail equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, follows instructions, and can multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
