Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
- Perform additional assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate retail equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, follows instructions, and can multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
