Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's overall cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with general cleaning and stocking duties.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain store cleanliness according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries with courtesy.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
