Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will handle cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness to guarantee a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and operational tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer assistance and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Assist in inventory management, conduct store inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and following company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
