Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience as a plus.
