Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Job Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring inventory accuracy and cash handling.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
