Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring inventory accuracy and cash handling.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
