Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers. As part of the ALDI team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked store, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory levels, and operational issues.
  • Assist in inventory counts and cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain data confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using equipment and following cleaning standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
