Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional customer service.

• Stock merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
