Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The role involves collaborating with team members, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting in inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Able to perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
