Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service during the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
