Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain clean store displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
  • Capable of following company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
