Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting products.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
