Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory management and retail operations
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
  • Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
