Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience by assisting them with the return of rental vehicles. You will greet customers, manage vehicle details, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with the return of rental vehicles.
- Record vehicle details such as mileage, gas levels, and any damages.
- Enter information accurately into our computer system.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to work outdoors.
- Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
