Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return of rental cars and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental vehicles.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Record mileage, gas levels, and any damages to vehicles accurately.
• Check vehicles into our computer system efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the interaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility for all shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
