Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and completing check-in procedures accurately.
• Record relevant information such as mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Utilize computer systems for proper documentation and processing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexible with shift schedules.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
