Responsibilities
- Assist customers during the rental and return process.
- Check vehicles, process rentals, and interact with customers at various touchpoints.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work different shifts.
- Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
