We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise. In this role, you will assist customers in various parts of the rental or return process at our airport lots while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental and return processes outdoors.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and entering data accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
