Fairview Dental Care is looking to expand its Hygiene Team with a talented Dental Hygienist. This full-time position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule without evenings or weekends, providing a great work-life balance. The role involves 60-minute scheduled patient appointments, collaboration with a strong 12-person team, and a fun working environment at our location in Columbia, MO. Responsibilities
- Provide elite clinical dental hygiene services and patient advocacy.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to deliver personalized care.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and educational programs.
- Ensure exceptional lifetime care for patients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed dental hygienist in Missouri with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Proficient in dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient care documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in clinical dental hygiene.
- Familiarity with dental technologies and record systems.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
- Physical agility for prolonged sitting, standing, and occasional lifting.
- Availability for periodic in-person or virtual training sessions.
