Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Director, Statistical Programming to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing the product leaders and external FSP personnel, overseeing clinical studies, and planning new study operations. This role involves supporting Integrated Data Analytics and Statistical Programming, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and providing leadership to statistical programmers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads and programming strategy.
• Collaborate with various functions and represent Statistical Programming as a strategic partner.
• Work with product leads to manage priorities and resources.
• Develop performance requirements and measurements for the team.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent SAS programming skills and willingness to lead the implementation of new software.
