Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious District Manager who is currently pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree to join our team at Aldi. As a District Manager in the Jefferson Division, you will oversee the operations of multiple stores, lead teams, and drive sales growth in designated areas. Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations of up to six stores in the Jefferson Division.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and professional workforce.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to interpret company policies and drive team performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis with a company car.
