Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at ALDI. As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple stores in the Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina areas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a professional team, driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a safe and customer-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations of multiple stores within the district.
- Lead, train, and motivate store management and staff.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with leadership and other departments to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive results, motivate teams, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel daily with a company car.
