Job Description
We are looking for a Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Optimum. As part of our amazing company, you will be connecting with customers face-to-face, providing them with tailored telecom solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Create customized telecom packages for each customer based on their unique needs.
- Stay informed about the latest products, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
- Master the art of persuasive selling to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer retention.
- Handle all documentation and paperwork with precision.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and quotas.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
- Ability to work full time.
