We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at One Medical. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, collaborate with colleagues, and utilize your clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with various needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in continuous learning through clinical rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Perform in-office procedures based on your clinical training.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with additional qualifications).
• New York state licensure by your start date at One Medical.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
• Proficiency in using technology for care delivery.
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care.
