Responsibilities

• Educate potential Members on The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery services at pop-up events.
• Exceed acquisition targets using consultative sales techniques.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new Members for their first order.
• Contribute insights and feedback to enhance event setup and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in sales with a goal-oriented and energetic approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible availability for part-time or full-time work including weekends.
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to handle event setup requirements.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunity for on target earnings of over $38/hour.
