Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness, a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage while ensuring exceptional member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain top talent to drive club traffic and engagement.
- Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Manage class schedules to drive attendance and revenue.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of initiatives and programming.
- Coach and develop instructors to provide safe, effective, and motivating classes.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a sense of community among members.
