Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a vital role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience that maximizes STUDIO and Group Fitness engagement. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing, achieving results to drive club traffic, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and creating connections with our members to ensure a supportive community.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Deliver exceptional experiences that motivate, uplift, and create community.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of instructors and coaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community.
