Responsibilities
- Recruit quality talent for group fitness and studio roles
- Maximize studio and group fitness usage to meet KPIs
- Ensure exceptional member experiences and community building
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors and coaches
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging fitness environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness leadership roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Knowledge of fitness trends and best practices
- Certifications in fitness training or group exercise (ACE, NASM, etc.) a plus
