We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join the VASA Fitness team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience by maximizing studio and group fitness usage while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire top talent to ensure optimal staffing levels and drive member engagement.
• Maximize studio and group fitness usage, analyzing performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of programs and events.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches, inspiring commitment and growth.
• Create connections with members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a sense of community.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive attendance and achieve performance targets.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for fitness and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
