We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our dynamic team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience that emphasizes inclusivity and trend-setting practices. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, driving club traffic, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
• Analyze performance to meet or exceed financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver top-notch member experiences through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through coaching, mentoring, and training sessions.
• Create a culture of enthusiasm, passion, and accountability within the team to drive success.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management and coaching.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness, inclusivity, and community building.
• Ability to drive results, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
