Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage talent for Studio and Group Fitness spaces
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage through effective scheduling and coaching
- Ensure exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development
- Deliver world-class member experiences by maintaining clean and safe spaces
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive community environment
