Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness engagement, driving performance to achieve financial targets, and delivering a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, exceeding financial targets.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and programming is flawlessly executed.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability to enrich the member experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Passion for fitness and creating an inclusive, motivating environment for members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
