Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. Your role will involve maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving performance to achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze and optimize STUDIO and Group Fitness performance.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining equipment, executing initiatives flawlessly, and providing ongoing training and support to team members.
- Train, coach, and develop STUDIO/TEAM Coaches and Group Fitness Instructors.
- Ensure high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create a sense of community.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to drive results and exceed performance targets.
