Job Description
Prestige Fleet Services, a leading fleet maintenance network, is looking for experienced technicians to join their team. As a Fleet Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, inspections, and maintenance on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. If you are a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills and a passion for automotive repair, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and inspections on trucks and trailers, including brakes, diagnostics, electrical systems, engine components, and more.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
- Manage inventory on the service truck and obtain parts from local vendors.
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Valid Driver's License and proper tools.
- Experience in performing federal inspections and brake inspections.
