Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the front desk team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient hotel operations to guarantee guest satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding guest service, resolving issues promptly, and supervising daily shift processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer care and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and exceptional guest service.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints efficiently to uphold high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate billing, handle cash transactions, and participate in yield management strategies.
  • Participate in hotel committees, assist during high volume periods, and ensure front desk supplies are stocked.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or Cashier.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar position is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
