Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented FSQR Technician to join Cargill's protein and salt business team in Fort Morgan, CO. As an FSQR Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to quality specifications and food safety standards. This position requires monitoring production processes, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining a high standard of quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Perform monitoring duties to ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
- Correlate with production for out-of-spec parameters.
- Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent skills.
- Ability to work with hand tools and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in English language and basic computer skills.
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods in a cold environment.
- 12 months of experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food safety, quality, or food manufacturing.
- Prior experience at Cargill or similar companies.
- Recent work history within the past 12 months.
